I had to chase them twice about my refund, which was frustrating and made the whole thing feel more difficult than necessary. To be fair, they did eventually sort it out, but I wouldn’t say it was a smooth experience.

I’ve been using joyrun.com mainly because it’s easy to fit runs around my schedule. My week can get hectic, and I sometimes feel pressured when things pop up last minute, so being able to move times around has been a big help.

It’s not perfect every single time, since the slot I want is occasionally already taken, but overall it’s been a smooth experience. I’m giving it 4 stars because it works with my routine better than most other services I’ve tried

I’ve been using the app for a bit and it’s straightforward overall. It can be a little slow here and there, but nothing too annoying. For the most part, it does what I need without much fuss.

I assumed Joyrun would have just a handful of restaurants, but it had way more than I expected. The whole vibe made it seem like it was easy to find something nearby, and I ended up seeing my usual spots plus a few new places I want to try.

joyrun used to be better, but lately it’s been kind of frustrating. I’ve ordered twice recently and both times something was wrong. The last order was missing a drink and came with the wrong side. The delivery itself was fine, but getting the order right is pretty much the whole point.

I was okay with it at first, but, the delivery fees started getting annoying quickly. They just make the total feel way higher than expected.

For what I was booking, the pricing felt clear. The fees were shown upfront, and I didn’t run into any weird surprise charges at checkout, which I appreciated

I tried JoyRun, and I have to admit, the wait time they showed was actually accurate. My order showed up right when they said it would, maybe even a minute early. I wasn’t really expecting much, but it was nice not having to sit there guessing when it would arrive.

I ordered from here and everything went fine. No weird charges or strange issues, and my order showed up like it was supposed to. Straightforward experience.

When he dropped the food off, it was right at my door, and he was polite when I answered. Like i said, it was just a normal, easy interaction with no weird vibe or feeling like he was rushing me.

It was a simple experience overall, but that’s exactly what I wanted. Like i said, if the drivers keep being this decent, I’d definitely use it again.

My order wasn’t showing up right and I thought it was going to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations. I messaged support while I was making coffee, and they got back to me quickly. They looked into it, fixed the issue, and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops. Really appreciated how simple it was. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Joyrun has been there pretty much every time I’ve checked, which is all I needed. I did feel a little unsure after paying, like I was waiting for something to stop working or for the site to suddenly get weird, but so far there haven’t been any random empty pages or downtime. It’s been easy to just log in, check what I need, and move on.

I thought the discount was a good deal at first, but once the fees were added, it barely felt like I saved much. I get that fees are part of the process, and I’m not expecting everything to be free, but it would feel a lot fairer if the final price was clearer upfront.

My card went through fast, the confirmation showed up right away, and there weren’t any random extra steps making me question my life choices. Like, why is that so rare now? No errors, no weird delays, no “try again later” nonsense. Just a simple checkout that actually worked the way it should. I appreciate that more than I probably should, and yeah, I’d definitely use it again.
